Nice article. I have been struggling with scrum environments in a few projects now. It does not seem to give the value the team, or me, have been after. Especially as a designer I have been struggling - estimations, timing of tasks, lead times – all of it basically.

And I also feel as you say that the solution is never to try another method, it's always to stick to Scrum but add more processes and events. pre planning, pre pre planning etc.
